This agreement
By downloading or using 2nd Menu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app does
2nd Menu reads restaurant menus and suggests orders that fit the goals and preferences you enter. Every suggestion is informational. You decide what to order.
Subscription and billing
2nd Menu Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. A free trial is offered on the yearly plan only. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewals are charged within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Accuracy of nutrition data
Many figures in the app are estimates, and the app labels them when they are. See Source of Data & AI in the app for how the numbers are produced. Do not rely on 2nd Menu for allergen safety. Confirm ingredients with the restaurant.
Not medical advice
2nd Menu is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak to a qualified professional before changing how you eat, especially if you have a health condition or a food allergy, or if you are pregnant.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos you have no right to share, interfere with or overload the service, resell access, or use the app to assemble a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
Apple standard EULA
Unless we provide a separate license, your use of 2nd Menu is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
