One email removes your account and your data. Here is exactly how it works.
How to delete your account
Email support@2ndmenu.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records.
What gets deleted
Your account identifier, your setup answers (goal, biometrics, diet style, preferences), your saved spots, your logged orders, and your chat history. Menu photos are already deleted from our servers moments after parsing, so there is nothing to remove there.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because billing runs through Apple, not through us. Cancel first in your Apple ID account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions), then request deletion.
Apple Health data
Meals logged to Apple Health live on your device, under your control. Remove them any time from the Health app. We never see or store your Health data.
